Sid Van Slyke

He has worked in the finance industry for more than 20 years with a focus in Private Bank Services as well as Commercial Lending. He studied Marketing and Sociology at Saginaw Valley State University and carries the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation (AWMA) from The College for Financial Planning. As Market Leader, Sid is responsible for all aspects of bank business in the Grand Traverse region. He is heavily involved in our community. Sid is currently a board member for the Traverse City Rotary Club, President of the board for Great Lakes Children’s Museum, Co-Chair of The Friends of the Boardman, and has been a 15-year volunteer for Traverse City Film Festival. Sid has been married to his wife Stephanie for more than 15 years and they have a 10-year-old son, Sid III (they call him Bean) and a 7 year-old daughter Charley.
