Now Accepting 2025 Scholarship Applications
This year we will be awarding up to ten (10) $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school students in our six-county footprint.
Criteria and Eligibility
- Must attend a high school located in the six-county West Shore Bank service area of Mason, Manistee, Benzie, Oceana, Muskegon, and Grand Traverse Counties.
- Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the year of award.
- Applicant must have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (or a "B" average).
- Must enroll at a college or university, which is not a community college, the first semester following high school graduation.
- Applicants may not be related to any West Shore Bank Board of Directors or staff as this presents a conflict of interest.
Application Process
Applicant must submit the following items:
- Completed application (if handwritten, please print eligibly).
- An official and recent high school transcript with cumulative grade point average and a class standing/rank.
- Proof of college acceptance or current student enrollment. A copy of your college acceptance letter is required for recipient funds.
Deadline for the application is April 11, 2025, 11:00 p.m. Applications submitted online or postmarked after this date will not be considered.
